oship Terms of Service
Last updated: October 10, 2026
Welcome to oship. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of oship, including the websites at oship.ai and oship.app, the oship web, mobile and desktop applications, and every related feature and service (together, the "Service").
The Service is provided by IsomorphX, a French société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 131 121 170, with its registered office at 42 rue du Faubourg du Temple, 75011 Paris, France, VAT number FR04131121170 ("IsomorphX", "we", "us"). You can reach us at any time at support@oship.ai.
Three things to know before you start:
- You stay in control, and you stay responsible. Your Teammates act on your instructions, with the tools, models and access you give them. Review what they produce before you rely on it or share it.
- Your content is yours. We don't use it to train AI models, and we only process it to run the Service for you.
- Compute is metered. Your plan includes compute credit. When it runs out, your Projects pause until you upgrade or add credit.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. Who can use oship
1.1 Age. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
1.2 Where. The Service is available to residents of, and organizations established in, the United States, the member states of the European Union, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland. We may add or remove countries. You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions under the laws of the European Union, the United Kingdom or the United States, or if you are located in a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions.
1.3 Businesses and individuals. oship is designed for professional use, and individuals are also welcome. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organization. If you are an individual acting for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession, you are a "consumer" and you benefit from the additional rights described in these Terms and from the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
2. Your account
2.1 You need an account to use the Service. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2.2 Keep your sign-in credentials secure and don't share your account. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us at support@oship.ai if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
2.3 One person may hold only one account to benefit from free usage or a trial.
3. The Service
3.1 oship lets you set up AI Teammates (each made of a model, tools and a role), delegate Projects to them, chat with them in Messages, and keep your files in your Library. Teammates can use tools such as web search, a remote browser (Browse), code execution, and image, video and audio generation, and can connect to third-party services (Apps) and websites you authorize.
3.2 The Service is currently offered as a beta. It evolves quickly: we may add, change or remove features, models and tools, as described in Section 15.
4. Plans, credit and payment
4.1 Plans. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Each plan includes a monthly amount of compute credit and the features described on our pricing page.
4.2 Compute credit. Using models, tools and infrastructure (such as code sandboxes and remote browser time) consumes compute credit. AI models are charged at the provider's price. Infrastructure is charged at the rates listed in our documentation. Your usage is shown in the app.
4.3 What happens to credit.
- The credit included in your plan is valid for the current billing period and does not carry over to the next one, except once when you upgrade (Section 4.7).
- Credit you buy separately ("top-up credit") remains valid as long as your account is active. It expires if your account has been inactive (no sign-in and no use of the Service) for 24 consecutive months. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before it expires, and any activity on your account before that date keeps your credit. We never close an account for inactivity while it still holds top-up credit.
- Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred, and is not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. Any remaining credit is lost when your account is closed.
4.4 When you reach your limit. When your available credit runs out, your running Projects pause at their next step, and you can upgrade your plan or buy top-up credit to continue. Steps already in progress may finish, which can temporarily make your balance negative. Any negative balance is deducted from your next credit.
4.5 Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) are calculated from your location and added at checkout. If you provide a valid business VAT number, the reverse-charge mechanism may apply.
4.6 Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing period and renew automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We never store your full card details.
4.7 Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation.
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately and starts a new billing period, charged at the full price of the new plan. Time left on your previous period is not refunded. Credit included in your previous plan and not yet used is carried over once to the new period.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Cancellation: you can cancel at any time from your settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. Amounts already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise (including the right of withdrawal in Section 6).
4.8 Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause your Projects. If the amount is still unpaid 14 days later, your account becomes read-only until payment is made. Your data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
4.9 Price changes. We may change our prices. We will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal after that notice. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Free usage and trials
New accounts may receive limited free usage and a free trial of a paid plan. Duration, usage limits and eligibility are shown in the app before you start, and may change for future sign-ups. One trial per person or organization. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically at the price shown at checkout. We may limit or end free usage or a trial in case of abuse.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
6.1 If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription or a purchase of top-up credit within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason.
6.2 When you subscribe or buy credit, you ask us to start providing the Service immediately, during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, we refund the amount you paid, minus an amount proportionate to the Service provided until you told us you were withdrawing (including the compute credit consumed). We make the refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the payment method you used.
6.3 To withdraw, use the “Withdraw from contract here” function in Settings → Billing, available throughout the 14-day period: fill in the withdrawal statement, then click “Confirm withdrawal”. We send you an acknowledgement by email, with the content of your statement and the date and time it was submitted. You can also send a clear statement to support@oship.ai, for example using the model form in the Appendix. Cancelling your subscription from your settings only stops its renewal: it is not a withdrawal.
7. Teammates and actions taken on your behalf
7.1 Teammates act on your instructions, within the models, tools, Apps, websites and access you configure. Depending on that configuration, they may act autonomously: browsing websites, writing and modifying files in your Library, running code, or using third-party services on your behalf.
7.2 You are responsible for:
- your instructions;
- the access you grant;
- the configuration of your Teammates;
- reviewing their work before relying on it, publishing it or sending it to others.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for actions a Teammate takes in accordance with your instructions and configuration.
8. Third-party services and website logins
8.1 When you connect an App or save a website login, you authorize us to use the related credentials and access to connect to that service on your behalf, for the Teammates you allow. You must have the right to use those accounts and to give us that access.
8.2 You are responsible for complying with the terms of the third-party services you use through oship, including when a Teammate uses them for you. Third-party services are not controlled by us, and we are not responsible for them. Some Apps may charge you directly for their own usage. That usage is not covered by your oship credit.
9. AI models
9.1 You choose the models used by your Teammates. Models are provided by third parties, listed on our Subprocessors page.
9.2 AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output generated for other users. It is not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Where the law requires it, you must not present AI-generated content as human-made.
10. Your content
10.1 Your content means everything you or your Teammates put into or generate with the Service: instructions, messages, files, Teammate configurations and outputs. As between you and us, you own your content, and we assign to you any rights we may have in outputs.
10.2 You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content, solely to provide and secure the Service for you. This includes sending it to the model and tool providers you select. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for content you have shared publicly (Section 11).
10.3 We do not use your content to train AI models. We select model providers whose API terms exclude training on the data we send them (see our Subprocessors page).
10.4 You represent that you have all the rights needed for your content and its use through the Service.
10.5 If you send us feedback, we may use it freely, without obligation to you.
11. Sharing on Explore
11.1 You can publish Teammates and Teams on Explore, our public gallery. Publishing makes the shared configuration publicly visible with your username: role, avatar, model, tools, and the names of connected Apps and websites. Credentials, files and Project content are never shared.
11.2 When you publish, you grant IsomorphX, every oship user and the public a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to view what you shared, and to copy ("hire"), adapt and use it within oship. Others may not resell it.
11.3 You can remove a share from Explore at any time. Copies already hired by other users are not affected.
11.4 Don't include personal data, confidential information or content you don't have the rights to in anything you share. We may remove any share that breaches these Terms.
12. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service, or allow your Teammates to use it, to:
- break the law, or infringe or violate the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
- generate or distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or content that incites violence or hatred;
- defraud, phish, impersonate others, or create fake reviews, records or accounts;
- send spam, or access websites or services in breach of their terms or technical protections;
- develop malware, attack systems, or circumvent security measures, including ours;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts or data;
- breach the usage policies of the model providers you use;
- resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written agreement;
- reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product, except as the law permits;
- overload or disrupt the Service.
13. Reporting illegal content and moderation
13.1 Anyone can report content on the Service that they believe is illegal or breaches these Terms by writing to legal@oship.ai. Please include an explanation of why the content is illegal or infringing and enough information to locate it (such as a URL). We review reports diligently and inform the person who reported the content of our decision.
13.2 If we remove or restrict your content or account, we will tell you why, unless the law prevents us. You can contest our decision by replying to that notice. We may stop processing reports from anyone who repeatedly sends manifestly unfounded ones.
14. Our rights
The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to IsomorphX and its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.
15. Availability and changes to the Service
15.1 We work to keep the Service available and secure, but during the beta we don't guarantee any particular level of availability. Maintenance, incidents or outages at our providers may interrupt it.
15.2 We may modify, add or remove features, models and tools. If a change materially impairs your use of the Service as a consumer, we will tell you in advance. You may then terminate your subscription free of charge within 30 days of the notice or of the change, whichever is later.
16. Warranties
16.1 If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantees that apply to digital services in your country. In France, this includes the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code). These Terms do not limit those rights.
16.2 Apart from those mandatory guarantees, and to the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
17. Liability
17.1 Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
17.2 Subject to Section 17.1:
- we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data that you could have avoided by keeping your own copies;
- our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) US$100.
17.3 If you are a consumer, Section 17.2 applies only to the extent permitted by the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. We remain liable for foreseeable damage caused by our breach of these Terms.
18. Suspension and termination
18.1 We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Service if:
- you breach these Terms;
- you don't pay amounts due;
- the law requires it;
- your use creates a risk for the Service, other users or third parties.
Where possible, we notify you in advance and give you a chance to fix the issue.
18.2 You can close your account at any time from your settings.
18.3 When your account is closed, your access ends immediately and remaining credit is lost. Your content is deleted 30 days later, as described in our Privacy Policy, so export anything you want to keep beforehand. Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. For material changes, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can close your account before the changes apply.
20. Governing law and disputes
20.1 These Terms are governed by French law.
20.2 Consumers. You keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. You may bring claims before the courts of your country of residence or before the competent courts of Paris, France.
20.3 Mediation (consumers). If you have a dispute with us, first contact support@oship.ai so we can try to resolve it. If we can't, you may refer the dispute free of charge to our consumer mediator:
CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France www.cm2c.net
20.4 Businesses. If you use the Service as a business, any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.
21. General
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may transfer ours to an affiliate or to a successor of our business, provided this doesn't reduce your rights.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the documents they refer to form the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
- Severability and waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control (except payment obligations).
- Language. These Terms are available in English and French. If the versions differ, the English version prevails, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
- Notices. We may contact you by email at the address associated with your account, or in the app.
22. Mobile apps
If you use oship on iOS, these Terms are between you and IsomorphX, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your licence of the iOS app, and may enforce them against you.
