Teammates

A Teammate is a Brain, a set of Tools, and a Role it owns for good.

Role — what it’s responsible for, across every Project. Brain — the model that reads, decides and talks. One per Teammate; change it any time. Tools — what it can do beyond thinking. See Tools & Apps. Access — which websites and Apps it may use, one by one. Nothing is implied by its Role. Links — which Teammates it delegates to or consults, drawn on the Teams canvas. See Teams and Delegation.

A Teammate keeps nothing you can’t see. What it needs to remember is a file in the Library, where you can read and edit it. The reverse isn’t true: the Library’s private/ folder is yours alone, and no Teammate can read it.

Two Teammates are already hired when you arrive. You can’t remove them, and they don’t appear on the Teams canvas: your Teammates call on them when a Project needs it, without a link to draw. Their work shows in Activity and their usage counts on your credit, like any Teammate.

Connects websites, so your Teammates can use them signed in. Message it Connect linkedin.com: it finds the sign-in methods, takes your sign-in details in a secure form, signs in, and the site shows as Connected. When another Teammate finds a site signed out, it asks Login Assistant to sign in again, and you answer in that Project. See Connect a website.

Makes images, with its Image Tool. Its Role is your visual charter: the style, framing, light and mood every picture should follow. It comes with a default charter; edit its Role to make it yours, and every image your Teammates ask for follows it. Message it directly for a one-off picture.
