What is oship
oship is where you hire AI Teammates, give each a role, and delegate real work.
Teammates are persistent. A Teammate keeps its role, its tools and its access from one Project to the next. You don’t re-explain who it is; you give it work.
Projects are how work gets done. You delegate, the Teammate works on its own, and it reports back when it’s done.
The Library is where everything lives. Your files and theirs, every change with its author. There is no hidden folder on their side.
What oship is not
Section titled “What oship is not”Not a chat window: talking happens in Messages, work happens in Projects. Not one assistant: you hire Teammates one at a time, group them in Teams, and they delegate to and consult each other. Not an automation builder: you give a brief, not a flowchart.
