One shared drive for you and every Teammate, with every change kept for your plan's history period.
One space. Teammates read and write in the same Library you see. If a Teammate knows something, it’s in a file here.
private/ is yours. Teammates can’t list, read or write it. Ever.
History. Every file shows who changed what, and when: you, or a Teammate and its Project. Overwritten or deleted content can be restored from History for 7, 30 or 90 days depending on your plan. The latest version of a file is always kept.
Editing while a Teammate works. If a Teammate changed a file you were editing, your version is saved next to it as name (copy). Nobody’s edit is lost.
Comments. Comment on a file, a passage, a table range, an image region. Address it to a Teammate: it picks it up in the Project working on that file, or opens a new one. Leave it unaddressed and it’s a private note.
Formats. Text files (Markdown, code, CSV) are edited here. Office files and media are previewed; Teammates can produce them.
Limits. Uploads up to 50 MB per file, 200 MB at once. Storage is 10, 50 or 200 GB depending on your plan; when it’s full, nothing new can be written until you free space or upgrade. See Plan limits.
