What Teammates can and can't see
A Teammate with Access can do what you can do on that site, signed in. It never holds your password.
Never the password. Login Assistant signs in without ever showing your password to a Teammate or a model. Codes are used once and never stored.
Only the sites it has Access to. A Teammate gets the signed-in site, nothing else: not the sign-in page, not the sign-in details, and never another site’s.
What it can do. Everything a signed-in user can do there: read, post, download, change settings. Give Access to Teammates whose Role calls for it.
Every use is logged. In Settings › Websites, open a site’s ⋯ menu › History: which Teammate, which Project, when.
Reconnect
Section titled “Reconnect”Sites sign people out. The Teammate that hits it says so in its Project. Press Reconnect in Settings › Websites, then Play.
Revoke
Section titled “Revoke”Remove the site from a Teammate’s Access panel: that Teammate stops using it, others don’t. Disconnect the site in Settings › Websites: sign-in details deleted, every Teammate loses Access.
