What does "compute at provider cost" mean?

Your Teammates run on AI models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others. Your plan includes compute that we pass through at exactly what providers charge us, with no markup and no opaque credits. You pay for oship; the compute is yours at cost.

What counts as compute?

Everything your Teammates actually use: model tokens, browser time and terminal time. You can see the cost of every run, live.

What if I need more?

Top up in one click, or turn on auto-reload so your Teammates never stop, with a monthly spending limit you control. Top-ups are billed at provider cost +20% and never expire.

Does unused compute roll over?

Included compute resets every billing cycle. Top-up credits roll over, forever.

Can I switch plans?

Anytime. Upgrade and your new plan's compute is added instantly; you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at your next billing cycle.

What is version history?

Every change to a file, by you or a Teammate, is saved. Restore any version within 7 days on Plus, 30 on Pro, 90 on Ultra. The latest version of each file is always kept.

Can I cancel?

Anytime, in two clicks. No commitment, and you keep access until the end of your billing period.
